摘要
为实现软件人才跨越式增长,应该采用新的培养模式,培养多层次、实用型、复合型软件专门人才,去适应软件产业的发展。介绍了软件人才现状,高等学校对人才培养目标,探讨了对软件人才培养模式的改革。
In order to development of software industry and realize software professional Talent span rising. We use adopt new training mode to train mode which focus on multi -level, practial and comprehensive type. The article introduces present conditions of the software Talent and the aim of Talent cultiration in universitys Thereby explores the reform of software Talent＇s training mode
