摘要
目的探讨微波治疗对实验性兔脉络膜黑色素瘤的疗效。方法随机对照实验研究。脉络膜黑色素瘤模型新西兰白兔32只。建立实验性兔脉络膜黑色素瘤模型,将其随机分成不予治疗的空白对照组(A组)、小剂量(B组,微波能量10W,作用5min)、中剂量(C组,微波能量20W,作用5min)、大剂量(D组,微波能量30W,作用5min)微波治疗共4组(每组8只)。通过间接眼底镜、眼B超观察兔眼肿瘤厚度变化3周,摘取眼球进行组织病理学检查以评价疗效。B超测量的肿瘤厚度及组织病理学改变。结果中剂量组、大剂量组微波治疗3周后其厚度未见明显增大(P=0.000);小剂量组(B)治疗后肿瘤生长受到部分抑制,3周后肿瘤厚度轻度增加;对照组(A)肿瘤在3周内迅速长大甚至充满整个玻璃体腔。结论微波治疗对实验性兔脉络膜黑色素瘤具有一定治疗作用。
Objective The purpose is to determine the effectiveness of microwave therapy of experimental choroidal melanoma in rabbits.Methods Randomized,controlled experimental study. 32 New Zealand rabbits of choroidal melanoma models.Pigmented choroidal melanomas were established in 32 New Zealand albino rabbit eyes.The rabbits were divided randomly into four groups,Control group, low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.After microwave therapy,each animal then was followed up for 3 weeks with examination of indirect ophthalmoscopy and ultrasonography.ln the end,all the rabbits were sacrificed and the pathologic examinations were performed.Thickness of tumors and their pathologic examinations.Results In the middle and high dose groups,all the tumors regressed evidently.In the low dose group,the growth of tumors was partly suppressed.In the control group,all the tumors showed continuous growth and filled most of the vitreous cavity in 3 weeks.Conclusion The microwave therapy has a role in the treatment of experimental pigmented choroidal melanoma in rabbits.
