高眼压状态下手术治疗青光眼的疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Glaucomatous Operation at State of Bulbi Hypertonia

目的：探讨手术治疗高眼压状态下青光眼的临床效果。方法：选取2006年1月至2008年1月期间我院眼科在高眼压状态下实施手术治疗的青光眼患者32例共36眼，并对其进行追踪随访。结果：36眼手术均顺利完成，术中未出现严重并发症。追踪随访6个月，治愈23眼（63．89％），有效8眼（22．22％），总有效率86．11％。术后6个月视力提高22眼（61．11％），视力不变12眼（33．33％），视力下降2眼（5．56％）；眼压≤21mmHg者30眼（83．33％），眼压在21～25mmHg间者4眼（11．11％）；眼压在26—31mmHg间者2眼（5．55％），加用其他降眼压药物后眼压降低至≤22mmHg。结论：充分的术前准备，熟练的术中操作以及合理的术后处理，在高眼压状态下采取手术治疗仍安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the curative effects of glaucomatous operations at state of bulbi hypertonia. Method： 32 cases with 36 eyes who received glaucomatous operations at state of bulbi hypertonia in our hospital from Jan. 2006 to Jan. 2008 were followed - up. Result ： The operations of 36 eyes all succeeded, and were not with serious complications. Being followed -up in 6 months, there were 23 eyes （ 63. 89% ） healed well and 8 eyes（22.22% ） with obvious effects, and the total effective rate was 86.11% . After operations of 6 months, there were 22 eyes（61.11% ）with improving sight, 12 eyes（33.33 % ）with invariably sight and 2 eyes（5.56% ） with descent sight. There were 30 eyes（ 83.33% ） with intraocular tension less than 21mmHg, d eyes （ 11. 11% ） with intraocular tension from 21 to 25mmHg, and 2 eyes（5. 55% ） with intraocular tension from 26 to 31mmHg. The intraocular tension of patients decreased to normal at the help of drugs. Conclusion： It is still safe and effective to operate at state of bulbi hypertonia by sufficient preoperativepreparation, perfect manipulation and reasonable dealing after operation.
