院内感染小儿支原体肺炎的治疗与预防

Treatment and Precaution on Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children of Hospital Onset of Infection

目的:探讨院内感染小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的治疗与预防措施。方法:选取2004年10至11月我院爆发的院内感染MPP患儿28例,总结分析其临床特点、治疗以及预防措施。结果:28例临床表现均有咳嗽,多为刺激性干咳,伴发热22例,喘憋8例,气促9例;同时均伴有不同程度的肺外表现,如恶心、呕吐、腹泻、鼻窦炎、口腔溃疡、中耳炎、皮疹、心律失常等。辅助检查MP-IgM均阳性。所有患儿经用阿奇霉素或红霉素治疗均痊愈。结论:小儿MPP临床表现多样,需结合实验室及辅助检查以早期明确诊断;并做好积极的防治工作,以防院内感染。

Objective ： To investigate the measures of treatment and precaution on mycoplasma pneumonia in children of hospital onset of infection. Method： 28 children with mycoplasma pneumonia of hospital onset of infection in our hospital from January to November in 2004 were selected , and their clinical characteristic, measures of treatment and precaution were analyzed. Result： The clinical manifestations of all 28 cases were cough and most of which were stimulus dry cough. There were 22 cases with febrile, 8 cases with wheezing, 9 cases with accelerated breathing, and all of them were with some extent clinical manifestations of other system except lungs, such as nausea, vomitus, diarrhea, sinusitis, dental ulcer, otitis media, rash, arrhythmia and so on. MP - IgM were all masc. All of children recovered by the treatment of azithromycin or erythromycin. Conclusion ： The clinical manifestations of mycoplasma pneumonia in children were diversify, and the definite diagnosis in the early needs the help of laboratory and auxiliary examination. And the works of treatment and precaution must be done well to prevent the hospital onset of infection.
