Comparative Analysis of Multi-Slice Spiral CT Signs between Ethmoidal-lamina Papyracea Introcession Fracture and Normal Introcession

目的:探讨筛窦纸板凹陷骨折与正常凹陷的不同CT征象。方法:对筛窦纸板骨折凹陷与正常凹陷的多排螺旋CT征象进行回顾性分析,观察其共同点及不同点。结果:30例筛窦纸板凹陷骨折直接征象为眶壁骨质的连续性中断、断端分离错开、曲度内移、曲面毛糙,多合并内直肌增粗、眶内积气、筛窦积液、积血等间接征象;而30例筛窦纸板正常凹陷表现不同程度凹陷,但表面光滑,未见前述间接征象。结论:筛窦纸板凹陷骨折的直接征象为眶壁骨质的连续性中断、断端分离错开、曲度内移、曲面毛糙,直接征象及间接征象均有助于判断。

Objective To explore the different CT signs of 30 cases with ethmoidal-lamina papyraeea introcession fracture and 30 cases with normal introcession. Methods The multi-slice spiral CT signs of ethmoidal-lamina papyracea introcession fracture and normal introcession were analyzed retrospectively. Results The direct signs of ethmoidal-lamina papyracea introcession fracture were osseous succession discontinuance of orbital wall, separation staggered of broken ends of fractured bone, ingression of curvature,coarse of contour and merging with indirect signs of thickening of addueens oculi,pncumatosis of inside concha of eye, hydrops and hematocele of antrum ethmoid. The signs of introcession in normal introcession showed different degree of introcession and the surface was smooth and glossy, but the indirect signs that mentioned in ethmoidallamina papyracea introcession were not shown. Conclusion The direct signs of ethmoidal-lamina papyracea introcession fracture were osseous succession discontinuance of orbital wall, separation staggered of broken ends of fractured bone, ingression of curvature and coarse of contour, and both the direct signs and indirect signs were important for clinical diagnosis.
