摘要
自2001年MITOCW项目启动实施至今,开放教育资源已逐渐发展成为一个重要的实践领域。七年的探索既收获了成果和经验,也面临着新的机遇和挑战。文章采用回顾与展望两种视角,一方面回顾和梳理了开放教育资源项目在过去七年中的重要实践,另一方面从展望的角度分析了开放教育资源深入发展面临的挑战以及进行的创新探索,概述了其在促进优质资源的共享和应用、推动教学和学习模式转变等方面的新实践。
Open Educational Resources(OER) has grown into an important area of practice since MIT OCW was launched in 2001. This seven years of exploration and development has yielded many results and lessons. It is now faced with great opportunities and challenges. In this article, the author reviews past experiences and envisions what might be the future for Open OCW. The article summarizes the important events and practices in the past seven years, and analyzes challenges and innovations in the development of OER projects, especially the new practices of OER in promoting the sharing and application of resources, and the role of OER in changing instruction and learning models in OER-based environment.
