Study on Dynamics and Correlation of Mineral Nutrition Content in Leaves of Different Genotype Flue-cured Tobacco in Growing Period

摘要 研究了延边生态条件下大田生长期间不同基因型烤烟矿质元素的吸收和分配规律及相互关系。结果表明:(1)P、K、Ca、MS、Zn、Mn在移栽后50d均已出现吸收高峰,在移栽后60~70d(zn在80d)出现低谷后逐渐上升并保持稳定,只是Ca、Mn、Zn的变化幅度较大,分别为26.93%、23.01%、45.42%;B的含量呈逐渐上升趋势,上升幅度为93.34%。Ca、Mn、Fe、Mg下部叶的含量显著高于中部和上部。(2)吉烟9号和云烟87中各元素(Mg除外)的含量均较高;Ca、Fe、Na、Zn在基因型间的差异不显著。(3)P与K、Fe,K、Ca、Mg之间,Zn与Mg呈显著负相关;P与Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Na等呈显著正相关。 The mineral nutrition absorption and distribution in different genotype flue - cured tobacco in field growth phase in Yanbian area as well as their correlations were studied. The results showed that, on the 50th day after transplanting, phosphorus(P), potassium(K), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg), zinc(Zn), manganese(Mn) had a peak absorption; from the 60th to 70th day (Zn on the 80th day) after transplanting they reached the minimum, then gradually increased and kept stable, the changeable range of Ca, Mn and Zn was bigger, being 26.93 percent, 23.01 percent and 45.42 percent respectively, and boron (B) raised generally, its range was 93.34%. Contents of Ca, Mn, ferric (Fe) and Mg in lower leaves were significantly higher than those in middle and upper leaves. Moreover, each element except Mg was higher in Jiyan 9 and Yunyan 87, and the difference in Ca, sodium (Na) and Fe content among genotypes was insignificant. In addition, the signifieanfly negative correlation of P with K, Fe, Ca and Mg, as well as Zn with Mg, and significantly positive correlation of P with Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu and Na were found.
