摘要
利用不同种皮颜色的亲本设计杂交组合,分析杂交后代的种皮颜色遗传规律和相关品质变化。结果表明:亲本P1种皮颜色为粉色,亲本P2种皮颜色为紫黑色;P1×P2杂交的F0种皮颜色为粉色,P2×P1杂交的F0种皮颜色为紫色;正反交F1代种皮颜色均为紫色;F2代种皮颜色粉色与紫色比例符合1∶3。P2×P1组合F2后代籽仁蛋白质、油酸平均含量高于P1×P2组合,P1×P2组合F2后代籽仁亚油酸、脂肪含量高于P2×P1组合。
By using different hybrid combinations from different peanut varieties with different seed capsule colors as the studied objects, the inheritance of seed capsule color and correlative quality characters in peanut progenies were analyzed. The results showed that: the seed capsule color of parent Pt was pink, and the seed capsule color of parent P2 was purple black. The seed capsule color of F0 from P1 × P2 was pink, while that of F0 from P2 × P1 was purple. The seed capsule color of reciprocal cross F1 generation was purple. The proportion of pink and purple in F2 accorded with the theoretical proportion 1: 3. Average content of protein and oleie acid in F2 seeds (P2 × P1) was significantly higher than that of F2 (P1 × P2 ) ; on the contrary, the linoleic acid and fat content in F2 seeds (P1 × P2 ) was higher than that of F2 (P2 × P1 ).
