基于VB的犁底施肥机设计绿色材料一级模糊评价与分析

摘要 以2FLD-1.8型犁底施肥机减速箱高速轴齿轮为研究对象,选取5种不同的材料,综合考虑疲劳强度、屈服点、硬度、韧性、工艺性、成本和绿色度等7个因素,采用模糊数学方法应用VB6.0开发的系统对轴齿的材料进行了综合评价。评价结果为:45钢为最优材料。 Taking the high-speed gear of 2FLD -1.8 type plow-bottom fertilization machine as a studied object, choosing five kinds of materials, combining several factors (fatigue value, bend point, hardness, toughness, manufacturability, cost, green degree), the material comprehensive evaluation is done by using fuzzy mathematical method based on VB6.0 software, and the results show that 45 steel is the optimum material for the stalk.
