Experience in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine

从血、气、津液与心脉的关系出发,论证了冠心病之本在于脉道血气不清,其标责之于痰瘀凝滞血脉,治疗上应遵循化痰消瘀、和畅营血、清顺气血、流通津液的基本原则,并列举了临证中的注意事宜。

Based on the relationship among blood, qi, body fluid and heart vessel, the authors think that the the root cause of coronary heart disease is the disorder of blood and qi in vessels, and the manifestations are phlegm and blood stagnation in vessels. In the treatment of the disease, the basic principles such as dissipating phlegm and eliminating blood stasis, promoting blood , qi and body fluid circulation should be followed. A series of points for attention in clincial practice are presented.
