摘要
目的总结糖尿病足的治疗体会。方法对2000年1月—2007年6月收治的18例糖尿病足入院后给予胰岛素强化治疗控制血糖、营养神经、扩血管、改善微循环,同时实施健康教育和糖尿病足护理。结果18例患者经综合治疗后,13例治愈出院,2例好转,3例因有右足趾背已不同程度坏死,其中1例无法保留行截肢,2例转院。结论糖尿病足需内外科综合治疗才能取得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the treatment in diabetic foot. Methods In January 2000 - June 2007, 18 cases with diabetic foot were hospitalized after intensive insulin therapy to control blood sugar, improve nutrition nerve, dilate vessels, enhance microcirculation and at the same time performed the implementation of health education and diabetic foot care. Results Of 18 cases after treatment, 12 cases discharged; 1 case with varying degrees of necrosis in right toe back and was amputated, 5 cases were transferred. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot in surgery required to combinate with internal medicine treatment in order to achieve a satisfactory effect.
