曹妃甸工业区建筑工人健康状况及医疗满意度调查

ANALYSIS OF HARDHAT'HEALTH STATUS AND SATISFACTION OF MEDICAL TREATMENT IN THE CAIFEIDIAN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT

目的探讨曹妃甸工业区建筑工人对卫生服务的需求、利用和医疗满意度情况。方法采用自行编制的工人健康状况调查表,对曹妃甸工业区建筑工人采用整群抽样的方法,调查表由工人自行填写。采用SPSS12.0对资料进行统计分析。结果曹妃甸工业区建筑工人急诊、住院发生率较高,工伤、慢性病发生率较低;医疗服务满意度中最不满意的是医生、医疗专家、医疗装备数量的不足;年龄、性别、文化、婚姻状况是影响医疗满意度的主要因素。结论该工业区的医疗卫生服务严重不足。应尽快增加医务人员和医疗设备数量,医务人员的素质也亟待提高。

Objective To study the hardhafdemands, utilizationg and satisfaction of health serive in the CaiFeiDian industrial district. Methods Using systematic sampling method, the hardhats themselves filled in the questionnaires which were organized by ourselves. All of the datas were analyzed by SPSS12.0. Results The prevalence of emergency and hospitalization was higher. Meanwhile, the prevalence of trauma and chronic disease was lower. The number of doctor, expert and equipment were the most satisfatory. The main factors influencing the satisfaction of medical treatment were age, gender, culture background and the situation of marriage. Conclusion In summary, the demand and utilization on health serive are insufficiency in this industrial district,and it is urgent to increase the number of doctor, expert and equipment. The diathesis of doctors also should be improved immediately.
