摘要
选用87C196KC单片机作为控制核心,组成了蓄电池快速充电控制系统,采用PWM可编程电流充电技术,实时检测蓄电池的充电状态参数,产生PWM波形驱动IGBT,通过输出值调节PWM信号的占空比达到实时控制充电电流大小的目的.重点介绍了控制电路的结构和原理,并给出了软件的设计思路及主要的程序流程图.
This paper describes the design of the selected 87C196KC monolithic integrated circuit as a control core to compose the control system of rapid charge of the accumulator, aiming at the output value to adjust the duty cycle of PWM signal to achieve real-time control of charge current size based on PWM programmable electric current charge technology, real-time detection of the accumulator's charge parameters and PWM waveform generated to drive IGBT. It is introduced with emphasis on the structure and principle of the control circuit, and the software's design mentality and the main program flow diagram are also given.
