摘要
顶岗教育实习是河北师范大学近两年来采用的一种新颖、有效的教育实习方式,为了使顶岗教育实习更加科学,我们对第4期顶岗教育实习的学生进行了问卷调查,希望能从中发现顶岗教育实习中的经验与不足,使今后的顶岗教育实习更加有利于师范生职业能力的培养。
