摘要
建立以校内实训基地为基础平台,以工作过程导向式课程开发为主要模式的课程体系,必须充分考虑校园文化与企业文化的融合。要以先进文化理念为先导,创立符合人才培养目标要求的教育教学模式,努力培育优秀文化成果,努力推进高职校园文化建设。
A curricular system is proposed on the school-based and job-oriented career training. Inte- gration should be taken into consideration of the campus and corporate culture, with the leading culutural concept, and innovative training.
