摘要
目的观察凝血酶体外凝血作用及体内对消炎痛所致大鼠胃肠道粘膜出血的止血疗效,探讨口服凝血酶治疗上消化道出血疗效的影响因素。方法凝血时间测定法及51Cr标记红细胞法。结果耐酸型凝血酶的体外凝血作用及体内止血疗效均优于凝血酶。结论①胃液pH是影响凝血酶治疗上消化道出血疗效的重要因素;②凝血酶与出血部位接触的机会及剂量的大小也影响凝血酶局部止血疗效的发挥。
AIM To observe the effects of thrombin on blood coagulation in vitro and gastrointestinal bleeding caused by indomethacin in vivo rats, and investigate the factors affecting hemostasis effects of oral thrombin on upper digestive tract bleeding. METHODS The determination of blood coagulation time and the method of 51Crlabeled erythrocyte. RESULTS The acidfast thrombin was more effective on blood coagulation in vitro and on hemostasis in vivo. CONCLUSION ① The pH of gastric juice is a significant factor affecting the hemostasis effect of thrombin on upper digestive tract bleeding. ② The chance of thrombins contacting with the location of bleeding and the dose of thrombin used also affect the local hemostasis effect of thrombin.
