摘要
目的:了解学龄前儿童家庭膳食制作人的营养知识、态度、行为等营养健康相关情况,为进行营养教育,改善学龄前儿童营养状况提供科学依据。方法:对兰州市4所幼儿园398名家庭膳食制作人采用自行设计的问卷进行营养KAP调查,结果用描述性统计、Logistic回归等统计方法进行分析。结果:学龄前儿童家庭膳食制作人的总体得分偏低,呈正态分布(8.61±3.09),及格率仅为50.3%。不同身份的膳食制作人营养知识得分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。影响学龄前家庭膳食制作人营养知识的因素是对营养知识的兴趣、学历和职业。家庭膳食制作人挑食,其家中儿童更易挑食,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加强对学龄前儿童家庭膳食制作人的营养教育对改善学龄前儿童的营养状况起着重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) toward nutrition of preschool children's family meals producers in Lanzhou, provide scientific foundation for nutrition education and improvement of nutritional status. Methods : 398 family meals producers from 4 kindergartens in Lanzhou were selected and investigated by self - designed questionnaire, then their KAPs toward nutrition were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Logistic regression analysis. Results: The total score of preschool children's family meals producers was low, which was normal distribution (8.61 ±3.09) , and the pass rate was 50. 3%. There was no significant difference in score of nutrition knowledge between different occupations ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Effect factors of KAP toward nutrition of producers were interest about nutrition knowledge, educational background and occupation. Family meals producers were choosy in food, as well as the children ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Enhancing nutrition education of preschool children's family meals producers plays an important role in the improvement of preschool children's nutritional status.
