摘要
大规模定制作为一种既能满足客户的个性化需求又不牺牲企业效益和成本的新的生产方式,已经成为21世纪制造业的主流生产方式。而客户需求信息获取是大规模定制的第一步,是对产品实施大规模定制的重要环节。按照大规模定制的四种不同模式,分别讨论了各种模式下客户需求信息的获取方法。
