摘要
随着知识管理研究在国内的兴起,知识管理在软件企业中的应用也逐渐受到重视。文章简要阐述了知识管理在软件企业中的成功实践,知识管理在软件企业中的重要性,进而对软件行业中知识管理应用的普遍问题进行反思和分析,并在此基础上,提取成功案例的经验,归纳出几个可行的知识管理策略,其中在技术策略一项中,建立了知识管理的技术实现模型。
With the development of study on the knowledge management in china, the application of knowledge management in Chinese software enterprises has been taken seriously o The article clarifies the successful practice on the knowledge management in software enterprises,and the importance of its application. Moreover,the article also analyses the general problems during the application of the knowledge management,and on the basis of this, it lists several feasible strategies, one of which builds a technologic realization model.
