随着高校后勤社会化改革的深入,高校食堂与校外餐饮业的竞争日趋激烈,如何为学生顾客创造价值已经成为高校食堂发展和提高核心竞争力的焦点。首先从高校食堂的学生顾客价值创造的必要性和顾客价值进行分析,重点阐述高校食堂的学生顾客价值的创造途径,希望以此帮助高校食堂创造学生顾客价值。
Along with the deep socialization innovation in the university dinning room, the competition between university and the other catering facility are increasingly furious, how to create more value for the student customer is becoming the new competition focus.
