摘要
结合模糊数学的理论,将大学生作为研究对象,从总体、性别、专业、学前户口、出生年份、家庭背景、生源地等的七个方面,划分为不同的群体;并按照不同的阶段,从学习、生活和心理建立了多层指标体系,分别对大学生进行满意度的综合测评。从而揭示了不同群体满意度的水平与总体的差别及其动态变化;有效地说明了划分的必要性,可以真实地反映满意度的真实水平。
Combined with the theory of fuzzy mathematics,the university students will be studied, in general,gender, profession, pre-school account, year of birth, family background,place of birth, the students are divided into in different groups, according to the different stages of study,life and psychology respectively by establishing multi level index system to carry out a comprehensive satisfaction survey for the students, revealed the different groups in the level of satisfaction with the overall difference and its dynamic change ,truly reflecting the real level of satisfaction.
