根据常州市当前科技、经济和社会发展的需要,以五大支柱企业为考察对象,在实际调研的基础上分析常州市专业技术人才资源开发现状,并根据常州市"十一·五"期间经济和社会发展的总体目标,对专业技术人才的实际需求和未来的发展趋势作出预测,为常州市"十一·五"高新技术人才开发战略提供决策支持。
According to the development need of the science, economy and society in Changzhou, the five important businesses are the research object in the paper. The development status quo of resource of professional and technical talents in Changzhou is analyzed based on the actual study. According to the overall goal of the development of economy and society during the ＂11 th FiveYear Plan＂ in Changzhou city, the actual demand and the future development trend for the professional and technical talents are predicted. This provides the decision support for the development strategy of high-tech talents during the ＂11 th Five-Year Plan＂ in Changzhou city.
