摘要 电梯速度曲线决定了电梯系统的舒适度和平层精度等重要性能指标。本文着重提出了一种新的S型速度曲线的生成方法,根据当前电梯运行状态实时修正曲线形状,实现了各种参数下的速度曲线,并且保证电梯在速度、加速度和加速度变化率连续条件下的平层精确;随后讨论了S型速度曲线的实现方法,提出了曲线状态转换、变采样周期等方法;最后对所提出的曲线生成和实现方法进行了测试,确保其满足控制要求。 The riding comfort and leveling accuracy of elevator mainly depend on elevator's velocity curve. The paper looks at how to get a new S - shaped velocity curve for elevator and how to apply it, by means of modifying the curve's shape oriented to the real - time condition needs of the system. It can ensure the leveling accuracy of elevator, with continuous velocity and acceleration curves, as well as continuous acceleration changing rate. It also presents the way for the curve transformation and changing the sampling period. Finally it tests the ways for getting and applying the curves to assure them meeting the control requirements.
