摘要
利用流固互动(FSI)模型对典型液压系统的冲击振动特性进行了仿真研究,该模型考虑了摩擦耦合和泊松耦合。采用特征线法对该模型进行变换,得到了简洁的数学模型表达式,进行了仿真计算。仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,相对误差小于0.7%,证明了数学模型和仿真算法是正确和有效的,可以指导液压系统的设计与改造。
The paper simulates and researches vibration characteristics of impact in typical hydraulic system by means of the fluid - structure interaction model considering friction coupling and Poisson coupling. Furthermore, it also changes this model by method of characteristics and derives the concise expression of mathematical model. The simulating result is very close to test one, the relative error is less than 0.7%. This way is correct and effective and it can serves as guide to design and modification of hydraulic systems.
