摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中重氮烷基脲、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯3种防腐剂,用Waters XTerra Ms C18柱(4.6 mm i.d×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-水作为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm。回收率为97.30%~102.00%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~8.2%。
A reversed -phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed for determination of preservatives in cosmetics, including diazo alkyl urea, methyl -p -hydroxy benzoate and propyl -p -hydroxy benzoate. A Waters XTerra Ms C18 (5 μm,4. 6 mm i. d ×250 mm)column was used with a mobile phase consist of acetonitrile - water and gradient elution. The wavelength 254 nm was selected for detection. The recovery lies 97.30% - 102.00% and 'the relative standard deviation lies 3.6% - 8.2%.
