HIF-1α、VEGF在慢性高原低氧环境下SD大鼠骨髓、心脏中的表达及意义 被引量:15

摘要 目的研究在慢性高原低氧环境下,SD大鼠骨髓、心脏中的缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达及意义。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分成高原低氧组和西宁对照组,喂养1个月后,采用免疫组化法测定两组大鼠骨髓、心肌中HIF-1α、VEGF的表达情况,记数用CD34标记的血管内皮细胞的微血管密度(MVD);并测定各组大鼠血RBC、Hb、HCT。结果高原组大鼠血RBC、Hb、HCT明显高于西宁组(P均<0.05),骨髓、心肌中组织HIF-1α、VEGF、MVD阳性表达率明显高于西宁组(P均<0.05)。高原组RBC、Hb、VEGF和MVD与HIF-1α均呈正相关,随HIF-1α表达量的增加而增加(P均<0.05)。结论在慢性高原低氧环境中HIF-1α及其靶基因VEGF的表达明显上调,机体可能通过促进新生血管的形成来适应慢性高原低氧环境。
