摘要
用有限单元法进行压力容器分析时,为了保证能得到合理精确度,在建模中有几个参数的选取必须注意,例如,网格划分时沿承压筒体厚度的单元层数以及单元方向比等是如何影响计算精度的?采取参数化模型对上述问题进行系统分析,得到了一些对有限元建模有一定指导意义的结论。
When finite element method is used for pressure vessel analysis, in order to ensure the obtained numerical results are with reasonable accuracy, some attentions have to be paid to meshing, for example, how will the number of finite element layers along the vessel thickness and the element aspect ratio affect the accuracy of numerical results.9 In this paper, the above questions are numerically analyzed using parametric model, and some conclusions are drawn, which have certain reference value in finite element modeling.
