摘要 对某硫酸厂乙二醛换热器换热管断裂原因进行了分析,表明换热管的失效是热应力导致的热疲劳破坏,氯离子引起的应力腐蚀加速了换热管的开裂泄漏;气体分布器结构不合理是导致热应力的主要原因,而频繁的开停车加速了换热管的低周疲劳开裂。建议改进结构,保障膨胀节能够起到协调变形,降低热应力的作用。 Failure analysis has been carried out for the fracture of tubes of glyoxal heat exchanger in an sulfuric acid plant. The results reveal that large thermal stress leaded to thermal fatigue attributed to unreasonable structure of steam distributor because of frequent startups and shutdowns, and stress corrosion cracking by chloride ion accelerated crack growth. It is suggested that steam distributor should be modified to ensuring the role of expansion joint.
