摘要 目的研究N-(4羟基苯基)维生素甲酰胺(4HPR)对人宫颈癌细胞形态与增殖的影响。方法应用显微镜观察4HPR对宫颈癌细胞形态的影响;磺酰罗丹明B法观察4HPR对宫颈癌细胞增殖的影响。结果4HPR可使宫颈癌细胞的形态发生改变,电子显微镜和激光共聚焦显微镜下可见细胞固缩,核膜扭曲,核染色体聚集成块并靠近核膜等细胞凋亡特征,荧光显微镜下可见凋亡小体;4HPR可抑制人宫颈癌细胞增殖及其对裸鼠的致瘤作用。结论4HPR可使人宫颈癌细胞的形态发生改变,并抑制该细胞增殖。 Objective To investigate the effects of N-(4-hydroxyphengl) retinamide (4HPR) on proliferation and morphous in Hela ceUs . Methods Morphologic changes of Hela cells induced by 4HPR were detected by microscopes. Nude mice carcinogenic test and cell enumerative test were applied to study the effect of proliferation in Hela cells. Results The morphological changes were observed in 4HPR-treated eeUs. It was found that Hela cells had obvious morpbologieaI changes under laser focusing and electron microscopes : cell pykermis, nuclear membrance twist, nuclear chromomocre asserbled to lump and close to membrance. Apoptosis bodies could be found under fluorescent microscope. Cell growth curve changes and nude mice carcinogenic test showed 4HPR inhibited the growth of Hela cells. Conclusions 4HPR could result in the morphological changes of Hela cells and inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells .
