摘要
目的探讨信号转导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)和细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)表达与宫颈癌生物学行为的关系及意义。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测12例正常宫颈、24例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、60例宫颈癌中STAT3与Cyclin D1的表达。结果宫颈癌组织STAT3、Cyclin D1的阳性表达率均明显高于正常宫颈组织与CIN组织(P<0.01,<0.05);STAT3和Cyclin D1的表达呈正相关(r=0.327,P<0.05);STAT3、Cyclin D1异常表达率随着病理分级和临床分期的增加而增加,两者的表达均与淋巴转移有关(P<0.01,<0.05)。结论STAT3可能通过激活其下游靶基因Cyclin D1,引起宫颈癌细胞异常增殖和分化失控。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of STAT3 and Cyclin D1 and various clinical pathological characteristics in human cervical carcinoma tissues. Methods Detecting the expression of STAT3 and Cyclin D1 in 12 cases of normal cervical epithelium, 24 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 60 cases of cervical careinoma as the control by immunohistoehemical SP method. Results The protein expression rates of STAT3 and Cyeclin D1 in cervical carcinoma were significantly higher than that in normal group and CIN(P 〈0.01, 〈0.05) ;A positive correlation was found between the expression rates of STAT3 and Cyelin D1 ( r = 0. 3268 ,P 〈 0.05 ) ; STAT3 and Cyelin DI were related to clinical stage and pathological grade and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.01, 〈 0.05). Conclusion STAT3 might play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progress of pancreatic carcinoma via up-regulating the expression of Cyclin D1.
