冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄与踝臂指数的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨踝臂指数(ABI)与冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄的关系。方法采用多普勒超声探测仪检测冠心病患者(观察组)及冠状动脉造影正常者(对照组)的ABI值。结果冠心病患者ABI异常率高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组与观察组的单支狭窄、2支狭窄和3支及以上狭窄者两两比较ABI异常率有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组的ABI值低于对照组(P<0.05),3支及以上狭窄者的ABI值低于单支狭窄和2支狭窄者(P均<0.05)。结论ABI与冠状动脉狭窄数量有关,可作为冠心病病情的预测指标。
