ESRD非透析患者血清胎球蛋白A水平与左心室结构及功能的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察终末期肾病(ESRD)非透析患者血清胎球蛋白A水平,并探讨其与左心室结构及功能的关系。方法对46例ESRD非透析患者及健康对照者进行心脏超声心动图检测,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清胎球蛋白A水平。结果与健康对照者比较,ESRD非透析患者血清胎球蛋白A水平明显降低(P<0.05)、左室质量指数(LVMI)显著增高(P<0.01),舒张早期最大血流速度E峰/舒张晚期最大血流速度A峰(E/A)比值显著降低(P<0.01);ESRD非透析患者左心室肥厚组较非左心室肥厚组血清胎球蛋白A水平降低(P<0.05);ESRD非透析患者血清胎球蛋白A浓度与LVMI呈负相关(P<0.05),与E/A比值呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论ESRD非透析患者体内胎球蛋白A水平显著降低,且与患者左心室结构和功能的损害程度相关。
