摘要
论述了油纸绝缘体系中油流带电在绝缘纸表面所造成电荷的积聚与流散机制。利用表面电位计及局部放电仪测量了表面电位及其所引起的局部放电规律,并在此基础上,提出了消除绝缘纸表面电荷的三种措施。
The mechanism of accumulation and disappearance of charges caused by oil streaming electrification on surface of insulating paper is expounded in this paper, and the surface potential and partial discharge caused by the former are measured with surface potentiometer and partial discharge instrument. On this basis, three kinds of measures are presented to eliminate the charges on insulating paper surface.
