工程量清单计价模式在实践应用中的探讨与分析

在工程量清单计价处于理论研究与实践相结合的初步阶段,企业定额缺乏,无法满足工程量清单计价的前提条件;评标体系不科学,无法保证工程量清单招标的公平性;图纸设计质量和深度不够,导致工程量清单计价不准确;工程造价信息系统不完善、制度不健全,影响工程量清单计价的可操作性。在总结实践经验的基础上提出对策,以工程量清单计价模式在实践中的应用为研究主题,通过对工程量清单计价模式应用中主要配套措施的研究,达到加快工程量清单计价模式推广应用的目的。

For bill of quantities valuation is at the preliminary stage which the fundamental reseach and the practice unify. The quota valuation of enterprise lacks, is unable to satisfy the prerequisite of BOQ valuation;The evaluation of bidding system unscientifieis unable to guarantee the BOQ bidding fairness;the blueprint design qulity and the depth insufficient cause BOQ valuation not accurate. The project cost information system imperfect, affects the feasibility of BOQ valuation.In view of the existence problems, discussion and analysis are made to perfect the necessary measures of BOQ valuation. This article takes the application of BOQ valuation in practice as the research subject to speed up the promotion of BOQ valuation through the study on its main necessary measures in use.
