摘要
简述5N·m宽调速永磁直流伺服电动机的研制过程,针对铁氧体磁钢剩磁密度和磁能积较低及电枢反应的影响等问题,从电磁设计到加工工艺采取了一些有效的弥补措施,确保了电机的主要性能指标。
This paper describes the process of research and making of 5N·m permanent magnet wide speed range DC servo motors.To such problems as the lower remanent magnetism density of ferrite magnetic steel,the lower magnetic energy and the effect of armature reaction,take some effective remedy measures from the electromagnetic design to the making of it,so as to guarantee major function of motors.
