摘要
建立了步进电机三段指数升降速曲线的统一数学模型,用牛顿迭代法求解该数学模型。在单片机中用定步法定时器变频中断实现步进电机不失步自动升降速,为步进电机的升降速控制提供了一种实用方法。
The standard mathematical model of speed-up and speed-down is set up according to three section of exp speed-up and speed-down curve of the stepper motor in the paper.The model is solved by Newtonian replace method.The interrupt program of CTC carries out the control of automatic speed-up and speed-down without stepping-out of stepper.The paper provides a practical method for speed-up and speed-down control of the stepper.
