栝楼离体快繁的初步研究

Study on Rapid Propagation in vitro of Medicinal Plant Trichosanthes kirilowii

对药用植物栝楼的离体快繁进行了研究。结果表明,MS培养基+BA0.2～0.3mg·L-1+NAA0.1～0.2mg·L-1组合最适合诱导栝楼茎段腋芽形成无菌试管苗;MS+BA0.1mg·L-1+NAA0.1～0.2mg·L-1组合是继代增殖最适培养基;1/2MS+NAA0.2mg·L-1组合是生根最适培养基。

Study on Rapid propagation in vitro of medicinal plant Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim was carried out. The results showed that MS＋BA 0.2-0.3 mg·L^-1＋NAA 0.1-0.2 mg·L^-1 was optimal for stem segment bud forming germ-free plant seedlings. MS＋BA 0.1 mg·L^-1NAA 0.1-0.2 mg·L^-1 was proliferation medium. It could form a good root system in a 1/2 MS＋ NAA0.2 mg·L^-1 medium.
