转子铸铝质量的检测

叙述了由于转子中的铝条的感抗值Ｘ０较大，常用的检测方法反映不出铝条电阻Ｒ０的变化，故检测不出细条、缩孔、气孔等铸铝缺陷。文中介绍了铝条感抗Ｘ０的实验求法，并提出了新的检测方法—电磁感应旋转法，能有效地检测细条、缩孔、气孔等铸铝缺陷。

The thesis describes that several primal measurements don′t preresent the variations about bar′s resistances R 0 because of rotor′s inductance being bigger. So that these methods don′t measure the shortcoming of Alcasting with small holes and thin bars. the experimental method of getting bar′s inductance is described. In this thesis, A new measurement_electromagnetic induction rotative method is proposed. This is effective to check shortcoming of Alcasting with small holes and thin bars.
