摘要
用水为溶剂,将100g苦楝果实,经烘干粉碎,通过超声波处理过滤,得到苦楝果实水提取物。以果实重量为标准计算,配成不同浓度的苦楝果实提取物溶液,用于测定玉米幼苗的生长情况。玉米幼苗经过浓度为333.3、166.7、83.3、33.3、16.7g·L-1的浓度梯度处理后,生长情况有较大的差异。在一定浓度的范围内随着浓度的增大对玉米的生长起到促进作用,并促进根的生长;超过一定浓度时,则会起抑制作用。333.3g·L-1的苦楝水提取物对玉米生长起强抑制作用,并出现根腐烂现象。
The 100g fruit of Melia azedarach was dried,curshed,and dissolved in water,extracted by ultrasonic wave method. The weight of the fruit of Melia azedarach was standarded to calculate the concentrations of extracts of the fruit of Melia azedarach. Maize seedlings was treated by 33.33%,16.67%,8.33%,3.33%,1.67% extracts of fruit of Melia azedarach, and their growth was observed. The results showed that the extract of the fruit of Melia azedarach had promoting effect on growth of maize seedlings and root .But when exceeding a concentration, inhibitory effect was observed. 33.33% extract of the fruit of Melia azedarach showed inhibition effect on maize growth, the root was decayed.
