摘要
以贵州省大面积种植的8个马铃薯品种为材料,通过盆栽控水试验研究了水分胁迫对各品种产量、抗旱系数、抗旱指数及丙二醛、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,8个品种中米拉、坝薯10号、大西洋、中薯3号的抗旱性最强,底西芮、费乌瑞它抗旱性中等,会-2、合作88抗旱性最弱。建议在贵州干旱常发生的地方选用米拉、坝薯10号、大西洋、中薯3号这4个品种。
This study evaluated the effects of water stress on the yield, drought-tolerant coefficient, drought-tolerant index, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar and dissociation proline of the eight potato varieties using pot experiment. The results showed that Mila, Bashu NO.10, Daxiyang and Zhongshu No.3 had strong drought tolerance, Dixirui and Feiwuruita had middle drought tolerance, Hui-2 and Hezuo 88 had weak drought tolerance. The four potato varieties with strong drought tolerance, Mila, Bashu No.10, Daxiyang and Zhongsbu No.3 should be selected to grow in the drought area.
