摘要
对吉林省白城市通榆县大豆连作土壤线虫种群及其垂直分布情况进行了调查分析。结果表明,土壤线虫涉及6个目15个科25个属,根据营养类群将线虫划分为植物寄生线虫、食细菌线虫、食真菌线虫、杂食/捕食线虫5大类,其中食细菌线虫在各个土壤层次中占绝对优势,其次是植物寄生线虫;土壤线虫多集中分布在20~30cm土层,有下移趋势。
Population structure and vertical distribution of soil nematodes was investigated under continuous cropping soybean field in Tongyu county, Baieheng city, Jilin province. 25 Genus in 15 Families of 6 Orders were identified and belonged to Phytophage nematode,Bacte-rivorous nematode,Fungivorous nematode,Ore-nivore/Predator nematode respectively. Among them, Bacte-rivorous nematode was the most dominant population, and Phytophage nematode took second place. Most of soil nematodes occurred at the depth of 20-30cm, tended to move downwards. on
