叶面喷施多效唑对葡萄营养生长及抗病性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用田间测定及病害自然鉴定的方法,针对多雨地区秦龙大穗葡萄发病严重且枝蔓易徒长这一缺点,研究了葡萄生长前期叶面喷布不同浓度多效唑对其新梢生长、叶片叶绿素含量及葡萄霜霉病和黑痘病抗性的影响。结果表明,新梢生长前期叶面喷施1000mg·L-1浓度的多效唑,可显著抑制葡萄新梢生长,提高对黑痘病和霜霉病的抗性以及叶绿素的含量,这有助于提高葡萄植株的光合效率,促进葡萄的生殖生长,提高果实品质。建议较大面积试验后推广应用于生产实践。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different paclobutrazol concentration by foliar spraying at early growth period on shoot growth,chlorophyll content and the resistance to Plasmopora viticola and Elsinoe amelina of Qinlongdasui grape by the method of field determining and disease identification in natural infected field. The result showed that 1 000 mg·L^-1 paclobutrazol could inhibit markably the grape vegetative growth,enhance resistance to Plasmopora viticola and Elsinoe amelina,increase the chlorophyll content at primary growth period by foliar spraying. It was helpful to increase photosynthesis efficiency,enhance reproduction growth of the grape adult plant and improve fruit quality. It was advised to use in practice after bigger area experiment.
