摘要
对试验鱼池的净化区和养殖区15个不同点进行分点采样,再测试各点水样的溶解氧(DO)、透明度(SD)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP),然后采用标准值法,得到全池15个采样点的水样标准值分别为4.62、3.00、2.63、3.70、2.15、4.47、2.81、3.09、2.57、3.01、3.23、3.85、4.79、1.28、2.98,初步可以确定养殖区最佳采样点为5号点,净化区最佳采样点为14号点。
In July of 2008, an experiment of sampling on 15 different points of a fish pond which has beendivided into fish culture part and water purification part was conducted. The dissolved oxygen(DO), transparency(SD),total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus (TP) were tested. With the method of standard value, the sample standard value from 15 sampling points of fish pond was calculated as 4.62,3.00,2.63,3.70,2.15,4.47,2.81,3.09,2.57,3.01,3.23,3.85,4.79,1.28,2.98 respectively. Then, a conclusion was made that the optimum sampling point for fish culture section was No.5 point and the optimum sampling point for purification section is No.14 point.
