摘要
以枸骨叶为原料,研究了多酚类物质的提取工艺,并对枸骨叶提取物的抗氧化活性进行了研究。枸骨叶中多酚类物质的适宜提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶20,提取时间60min,提取次数2次,此条件下的提取率为11.42%。抗氧化试验表明,枸骨叶提取物具有较高的抗氧化活性,对猪油的抗氧化效果优于BHT。
The extraction process of polyphenols from leaves of Ilex cornuta was studied, and the extract of flex cornuta was evaluated as antioxidants. Extraction rate of Polyphenols was 11.42% under the optimal process conditions of the ethanol concentration 60%, the ratio of solid to liquid 1:20, extraction time 60min and extraction times 2 by orthogonal experiment. The of anti-oxidation experiments showed that the extract of llex cornuta had good antioxidation property, and its antioxidation property for lard was better than that of BHT.
