摘要
利用氮蓝四唑(NBT)法对唇形科10种16个品种的芳香植物进行了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的测定。结果表明,供试植物SOD活性从苗期到花期的变化有渐高型、"高—低—高"、"低—高—低"3种类型。SOD活性高于400U·g-1的植物有神香草、假荆芥。
The SOD activities were determined in 16 varieties of 10 species of plants by Nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) method. The results showed that there were the different change trends of SOD activities of tested plants as "L-H", "H- L-H" and "L-H-L" from seeding stage to flower period, Hyssopus officinalis L., Nepeta cataria L., and Monarda didyma L. were above 400U·g^-1 in SOD activity.
