基于余弦模型的运动生物节律计算法初探

通过对目前常用生物节律计算方法的比较研究,发现它们都存在一定的局限性.针对这一问题,提出一种新的生物节律计算方法——余弦模型法,并列出该方法的详细运用步骤.以湖北省武术运动员为实例进行预测,预测结果与运动员自身情况相吻合,验证了该方法的准确性,因此该方法可以为业内人士所采用,同时也是一种新方法的探索与实践的开始.

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the methods of birthday analysis and time--serial --analysis, the limitation can be found for the accurate analysis of PSI cycle. For this question, the cosine model for the analysis of PSI cycle was set up,and the manage process was list particularly. A forecast on some wushu athletes of Hubei Province by this model was observed. And the forecast outcome accorded with the athleteselves, the cosine model could forecast physical state, emotional state and intellectual state actually. It can be used by the professionals, and it is also the beginning of practice and research on a new method.
