摘要 通过对国内外名优茶加工机械化技术研究的现状进行分析,阐述了安吉白茶加工机械化技术研究的必要性,通过引进名优茶加工机械,进行试验和筛选,探索出适合安吉白茶的加工机械及与之相配套的加工技术,并通过宣传发动、现场试验示范、技术培训和技术服务等措施,大力推广白茶加工机械化技术,使安吉白茶生产早日达到优质化、标准化、品牌化、规模化,实现茶园增产、茶农增收,为安吉县白茶产业的快速、健康、持续发展提供科学基石。 This thesis elaborates the necessary of Anji white tea processing technology research based on analyzing the status of domestic and foreign superior tea processing mechanization technology. Through introducing superior tea processing machinery, testing and screening, it explores processing machinery and corresponding processing technology which suits to Anji white tea, and through propaganda launch, field test demonstrations, technical training and services, and other measures, it also promotes the white tea processing technology, improves Anji white tea production to high-quality, standardization, brand and scale early, and realizes the increasing of production and tea farmers' income, providing a scientific foundation stone for the rapid, healthy and sustained development of Anji white tea industry.
