摘要
采用随机区组试验设计,利用灰色关联度分析法对过去40年国内选育的37个骨干玉米自交系的单株籽粒产量与其主要相关农艺性状,进行了灰色关联度分析。结果表明,玉米自交系单株籽粒产量与其主要相关性状的关联度大小依次为:行粒数>穗粗>穗行数>穗长>出籽粒>株高>穗位高>千粒重>秃尖。指出在自交系选育过程中应注重对中大穗类型的选择,同时要求具有较高的出籽率和适当的株高和穗位高。为了进一步挖掘玉米自交系的产量潜力,应广泛采用高密度选系手段,通过创造适当的逆境以筛选无秃尖的自交系。
The correlation between signal plant grain yield of 37 key maize inbred lines in the past fouty years in China and relative agronomic characters were analyzed by the method of grey correlative degree analysis. The result showed that the values of the correlation degree between signal plant grain yield and main agronomic characters among different varieties were sequenced as follows: kernel per row 〉 era dinmeter 〉 rows per ear 〉 era length 〉 rate of kernel 〉 plant height 〉 ear height 〉 1000 kernel weight 〉 tip - barren. The big ear character, high rate of grain, plant height and ear height should be payed more attention to when ~lection and breeding of maize inbred lines were conducted. In order to improve its yield, the proper method for higher density breeding should be applied to screen the better inbred lines of maize.
