摘要
以陇薯3号马铃薯脱毒茎尖为试材,扦插生产微型薯,研究了植物生长调节剂、扦插深度、扦插基质、基质装填方法等因素对马铃薯茎尖扦插成活率和单株结薯数的影响。结果表明,用NAA50mg/L+IBA50mg/L浸泡茎尖基部15min,扦插于装填1/3基质(蛭石+腐熟羊粪)的营养钵(每隔7d添加一次基质,直至装满)中,扦插深度为茎尖的1/2,扦插成活率达85%以上,单株结薯8~10个。
The objective of this article was to study the influence of growth regulator, the depth of cottage,the vermiculite of cuttage, the ways of loading vermiculite on the survival rate of stem cuttage and fruit number per plant.The result indicated that the survival rate of cuttage could reach above 85% and 8 - 10 fruits could be obtained from single plant when the stem base of plant was soaked with NAb. 50 mg/L + IBA 50 rag/ L for 15 min. and was cut into the nutrition bowl with depth of 1/2 of the stem.
