生长调节剂在巴旦杏保花保果中的应用

Application of Growth Regulators in Protecting Flowers and Fruits of Almond

试验以鹰嘴巴旦杏为试材,分别在盛花期和幼果膨大初期进行了喷施不同浓度生长调节剂保花保果的研究。以喷施清水为对照,喷施生长调节剂后每隔10 d调查一次果枝的坐果数,计算坐果率,并进行比较分析。试验结果表明:盛花期喷施不同浓度的植物生长调节剂,其中赤霉素和2,4-D以40和20 mg/L处理保花效果最好,坐果率分别比对照提高7.67%和8.33%;幼果膨大初期喷施不同浓度的植物生长调节剂,萘乙酸和比久以30和100 mg/L处理保果效果最好,坐果率分别比对照提高11.00%和6.67%。

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of spraying different eoncentration growth regulators on Yingzui almond fruit setting during the full blooming period and Fruidet expansion of the early period. By spraying water to control, spraying growth regulator at 10 days after a survey of fruit setting, calculate the Fruit -setting rate , and comparative analysis. The experimental results showed that GAs sprayed at 40 mg/L and 2,4 - D sprayed at 20 mg/L both had the best effect during the full blooming period, and the fruit- setting rate were increased by 7.67% and 8.33% respectively compared with the control.NAA sprayed at 30 mg/L and 139 sprayed at 100 mg/L both remarkably improved the fruit setting during the fruitlet expansion of the early period, and the fruit- setting rates were increased by 11.00% and 6.67% respectively compared with the control.
